Abstract
This study seeks to present the Tempero da Roça Restaurant, a family-owned business founded in 2015 in the Piedade neighborhood located in the historic city of Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais. Currently comprising eight employees, this commercial establishment was analyzed by its managers to create its mission, vision, values, and SWOT matrix. During the research, the managers actively participated in the proposal's development. The restaurant’s customers collaborated through the application of a satisfaction survey, which also included expectations and projections related to the enterprise in question. The SWOT matrix was created after assimilating the data collected in the surveys. It contained the restaurant's strengths/weaknesses and opportunities/threats, defining its mission, vision, and values more precisely. The results presented in this work will be considered and applied according to the reality of the restaurant, for example, in the definition of its visual image in social networks and later in the creation of its internal status.
