Guia orientador para a implantação da política de qualidade de vida no trabalho do Instituto Federal de Minas Gerais: reflexões, apontamentos éticos e caminhos possíveis

The “GUIDE GUIDE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE QUALITY OF LIFE POLICY AT WORK OF THE INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE MINAS GERAIS: Reflections, ethical notes and possible paths” was prepared as a support tool for IFMG workers, intended to present theoretical reflections, ethical notes and some possible methodological paths for implementing and managing the Quality of Life at Work Policy. It is noteworthy that this guide could be a useful tool for other institutions, and should be read and contextualized in light of the organizational reality of each entity. Through the precepts of Work Psychodynamics, considering work in its ontological dimension, the discussions pointed to the intertwining of issues that involve mental health in work contexts, especially the experiences of pleasure and suffering. In addition to the necessary debate on the phenomenon, we seek to contribute to the critical systematization of references that may, to some degree, favor transformations in the conditions, organization and social relations of IFMG's work.
