Abstract
The research results highlight the development journey of the game, which began as a board game designed to simulate the management of a pizzeria, allowing players to experience real world decision-making challenges in a playful setting. As the project progressed, the game evolved into a digital application, significantly increasing its reach and accessibility, and is now available to the public, establishing itself as an innovative educational tool. The game proved to be highly effective in enabling participants to apply theoretical concepts of management and entrepreneurship in a simulated environment, fostering a practical and immersive learning experience. The game was extensively validated in academic events, where it received positive feedback and contributed to enriching discussions on the use of active methodologies in education. The online availability further expanded its impact, democratizing access to this educational tool. The project achieved significant outcomes, resulting in 1 extension project, 4 research projects, 2 workshops, 2 published scientific articles, 7 published extended abstracts, and 1 published abstract. Additionally, the research involved active and collaborative participation from 3 faculty members and 7 scholarship students, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in realizing innovative academic initiatives. It is concluded that the game fully achieved its objectives, significantly contributing to the development of management and entrepreneurship skills. Furthermore, the study reveals promising potential for future enhancements and expansions, highlighting the possibility of integrating new challenges, features, and updates to enrich the user experience further. Thus, the game not only strengthens entrepreneurial education but also inspires new pedagogical approaches that integrate technology and active learning.
