Abstract
The study explores practices and processes in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector and their impact on employee experience and people management, using a literature review as the primary method. The research investigates how the benefits offered by establishments influence employee satisfaction and examines aspects that cause dissatisfaction, including factors affecting motivation and well-being. Additionally, the work examines the challenges faced in people management, comparing difficulties encountered before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis reveals how global changes have affected working conditions and the dynamics between employees and managers, highlighting the impact of new demands and transformations in the work environment. The study provides a deeper understanding of current sector dynamics and the challenges faced in maintaining motivated and productive teams in a continuously evolving and adapting scenario.
