Abstract
The UTAUT2 is a model developed to be a starting point for investigating the adoption of IT and can be used to identify the factors that influence the intention to use it, as well as to be adopted by an organization. The aim of this research is to empirically test the validity of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology measurement instrument within the context of a company in the western Amazon that has gone through the process of implementing an ERP. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional study that used a sample survey using a structured questionnaire as a means of data collection. The data analysis technique is multiple regression using SmartPLS 4 software. The results point to evidence of validity. The variables accepted in the model were Sales Performance, Frequency of Use and Time of Use. This shows that the routines for using the ERP are already internalized by users. This research contributes to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to the extent that it is applied in different environments, highlighting characteristics that may allow it to be generalized.
