Abstract
This study addresses the issue of harassment against women in stricto sensu graduate courses, with a special focus on female students at the Instituto Federal de Minas Gerais (IFMG). According to articles and reports, the difficulties women face in reconciling academic life with family, social, and professional responsibilities are often intensified by practices of moral harassment in the academic environment. Such factors have become a concern, especially when observing the negative impact that these practices have on women's mental health and academic careers. In this context, the general objective of this work is to conduct an analysis of policies to combat harassment of female students in IFMG graduate courses, with a view to developing institutional material - a booklet with references on the subject. The methodology has a qualitative approach and had as procedures bibliographical research and documentary research, followed by data analysis based on Bardin's content analysis (2016), with the purpose of presenting the main flaws and providing support to students in IFMG's postgraduate courses in cases of moral harassment, in addition to disseminating points about moral harassment and thus preventing the institution regarding this practice to students during postgraduate courses. Being a Guide of clarifications and guidelines on how to proceed in such situations.
