Abstract
This Technical and Technological Production is the result of the Master's Dissertation of the Sustainability and Environmental Technology Program of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Minas Gerais - IFMG Campus Bambuí, entitled "World and local sustainability indicators for Federal Education Institutions", with Prof. Dr. Ana Cardoso Clemente Filha Ferreira de Paula and as co-supervisor Profª. Dra. Ludimilla Portela Zambaldi Lima Suzuki, with the defense taking place on May 19, 2023. It is a model of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) developed for the elaboration of protocols for the execution of activities associated with the indicators proposed in the Dissertation from which the production originates. Each and every SOP completed as a direct or indirect result of this study is necessarily associated with one or more indicators of the developed indicator model. The first part of the SOP must be completed with information regarding that indicator(s). The SOP was developed based on consulting pre-existing models, such as those developed by the Federal University of Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM) and prioritizing the avoidance of unnecessary repetition of information, conciseness and direct, clear and objective presentation of the procedure. This clarity and objectivity is the most basic characteristic of SOP, which must be met through a step-by-step list of activities to be performed, without allowing the characterization as a manual or as a rule, but as a list of direct activities. Initially, a blank model was developed to fill in the SOPs, and three different SOPs were filled out as an example. They meet three indicators from the “Operations and Services” category of the developed indicator model. The POP is available in its model and in the three activities already completed, in .PDF (for easy viewing) and .DOCX (Microsoft Word, open for editing and that can be used for the development of new POPs) formats.
