Análise de viabilidade de implementação do RPA no processo de verificação de movimentações financeiras para uma empresa de capital aberto do ramo siderúrgico

This work aims to conduct a case study on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology's application to automate the key-investor financial movement verification process within a steel industry company. It highlights crucial aspects of business processes, robotic process automation, and the scenarios created for automating the specified activities.To provide an effective assessment, postimplementation results of RPA in the organization were analyzed. The research is descriptive and employs a case study as the methodological procedure. Data collection involved structured interviews, meetings, and document observation.The study's findings revealed that RPA tool contributed to redirecting Investor Relations employees from operational tasks to more analytical activities, saving time spent on manual tasks and generating financial gains for the company.
