Abstract
An organization needs to know the perception of customers regarding the products or services provided so that it can make improvements identified as weaknesses. In this way, the present study sought to identify the quality of services provided in a private college located in the municipality of Jaciara, Mato Grosso. To achieve the objective, the Higher Education Performance instrument (HEdPERF) was used to identify the quality of services provided at the educational institution. As a result, it was identified that a general average score of 5 points was assigned, on a scale of 1 to 7 for the services provided by the institution. Using the overall average as the cut-off point, it was identified that of the 41 attributes evaluated, 20 performed below the overall average, requiring attention from the institution's managers to develop an improvement plan.
