Ciclo PDCA em uma microempresa utilizando ferramentas da qualidade

This article examines the application of the PDCA Cycle in micro-enterprises, highlighting the integration of quality tools through a literature review. Various sources were analyzed to understand how the Ishikawa Diagram, Check Sheet, Pareto Chart, 5S method, and 5W2H method are used together with the PDCA Cycle. The review showed that the combination of these tools allows root cause identification, accurate data collection, problem prioritization, work environment organization, and efficient action plan structuring. The research concludes that the coordinated application of the PDCA Cycle with these tools is crucial for reducing errors, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, making micro-enterprises more competitive.
