Estrutura da comunicação no setor público: um estudo de caso em uma prefeitura do estado do Espírito Santo

The Conclusion of Course Work investigated the communication structure in a municipality in Espírito Santo, analyzing internal communication processes and procedures. The authors concluded that the municipality has a detailed description of positions and functions, especially the position of Journalist, with clear attributions in the organizational chart. Additionally, the procedures of the Secretariat of Institutional Affairs and Social Communication are well defined in the Normative Instrument SCS No. 01/2015. The research emphasized the importance of effective communication, highlighting the exchange of messages between sender and receiver. Based on the collected data and literature review, the authors recommend improvements in internal communication to ensure greater efficiency and productivity in the studied municipality. The conclusions point to the need to strengthen communication as a whole, considering the integration of parts into a complete system. Transparency and clarity in information are essential for the proper functioning of public management, contributing to more effective processes and the satisfaction of employees and citizens served by the municipality.
