Abstract
This study aims to analyze the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in management. Industrial revolutions brought with them digital transformations that invaded our environment, bringing technological developments and innovations that have been gradually changing the market. In the face of digital transformations, artificial intelligence emerged with the aim of creating intelligent machines capable of performing tasks that generally require human skills with precision, speed, and autonomy. Its ability to analyze and store large amounts of data in a short period of time provides companies with cost reduction, time optimization, agility, and solutions to problems, enabling safer and more efficient decision-making. On the other hand, its adoption can bring discomfort and distrust when its implementation is not done with certain care. Therefore, for there to be a successful implementation of artificial intelligence, the company must have its internal structure prepared to efficiently use this technology. To develop this study, articles on the topic discussed here were used, available on the Spell website (Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library), of which 10 articles were selected. Although artificial intelligence is not a recent technology, there is still no range of studies on artificial intelligence in administration in the literature. However, it is noteworthy that this has been changing progressively in recent years as a result of its innovations and developments. In this study, it was possible to highlight the application of artificial intelligence in HR (Human Resources), public administration and business. Within these three topics, it is possible to visualize how the implementation of artificial intelligence is taking place and what benefits, disadvantages and trends it has been bringing to companies and the market.
