Abstract
Non-destructive testing techniques using a sclerometric and an ultrasonic device have been commonly used in civil construction to analyze the state of structural elements without damaging the part, such as its strength, integrity, among others. Several studies related to the theme have been carried out, in order to establish variables for understanding the results obtained through data analysis. In view of this, in the present study aimed to analyze the performance of non-destructive, sclerometric and ultrasonic tests, in tablets and tension elements, carried out through case studies in the field and laboratories using bodies of evidence, as well as through bibliographic research as a theoretical basis, with the purpose of solving doubts about the results variance according to the tension state of the part. The results obtained did not show constancy and homogeneity, however, the research helps to add information on factors that may or may not change the product of the tests.
