Sustentabilidade na construção civil: análise da certificação AQUA-HQE para habitação de interesse social utilizando como base um projeto da COHAB/MG

The soil use and occupation, more specifically related to the civil construction area, causes negative effects to nature, such as: pollution caused by the solid waste generated, unrestrained use of natural resources, among others. Currently, the process of economic, physical and social development has been guided by the concepts of sustainability, that is, sustainable development is increasingly sought. In this scenario, environmental certifications act as incentives for sustainable development. It can be used to evaluate the performance of buildings to improve resource management. The present work brings a study about the AQUA-HQE certification and the necessary parameters for a building to be able to be certified. Developing, from there, a document analysis, based on the project model used by COHAB-MG. It was possible to analyze in this research the fulfillment of the certification requirements, in which it was possible to examine which criteria were fulfilled and to present the items in tables.
