Abstract
The present study aims to analyze the benefits and challenges of the hybrid work model in a foundation in Minas Gerais, with an emphasis on the organizational and communication impacts experienced by the employees. Given the recent transformations in the world of work, it becomes fundamental to understand the impacts of this model for people management and organizational development. The research was characterized as descriptive, of a quali-quantitative nature, carried out through an online questionnaire applied to the institution's employees. In total, 31 responses were obtained, with 24 valid ones coming from employees working in the hybrid regime. The results indicate benefits such as an improvement in the quality of life, greater flexibility in the routine, and a reduction in time spent on commuting. On the other hand, challenges were identified related to communication management, the need for greater self-discipline and personal organization on the part of the collaborators. It is concluded that, despite the challenges, the hybrid model presents potential to contribute positively to organizational performance, provided it is structured with clear planning and policies.
