Abstract
This article aimed to analyze the impact caused by the representation of the LGBTQQICAPF2K+ community in the labor market the main challenges when implementing measures that promote diversity and inclusion in corporate environments. To this end, an integrative literature review was carried out in order to synthesize and discuss the studies published on the subject and present the research gaps found, pointing out future perspectives for studies and labor market trends that guide the theme. For the final analysis, 14 scientific articles published in journals were selected. This research allowed for the conclusion the theme addresses issues of social justice, highlighting that the public and private sectors need to commit to the cause, seeking to promote equal opportunities for all civil society, maintain a genuine commitment to the cause of inclusion of people from the community in question and adopt inclusion policies in the labor market that are effective in mitigating any acts of prejudice against these individuals.
