Abstract
The objective of this work was to find a better product to control coffee rust under the present conditions and to verify which of the triazole molecules used in the experiment would cause greater phytotoxicity to the coffee plant. The work was carried out in the municipality of Bambuí-MG on the Vista longa farm in a 10-year-old Catuaí 62 cultivar, and it is arranged in a 3.5 x 0.7 m spacing. Sampling was carried out in the middle third of the plant, evaluating the 3rd and 4th pair of leaves on both sides of the same, sampling 25 plants in total, where through the percentage calculation we reached a level of 12.5%. On March 20, 2022, Aproach treatments (picoxtrobia+cyproconazole) at a dose of 500ml/ha, Priori xtra (azoxystrobin+cyproconazole) at a dose of 750ml/ha, Sphere max (trifloxystrobin+cyproconazole) at a dose of 400ml/ha, Opera (pyraclostrobin+epoxiconazole) at a dose of 1.5 liters/ha and the control that was applied water, all the fungicides used are from the groups of (strobilutins + triazoles), two evaluations were carried out, one with 15 days after the application and one with 30 days using the same methodology as the first to evaluate the infestation. The tested products showed a good level of control when compared with the control, when we compare the levels of phytotoxicity the triazoles showed different levels of damage statistically.
