Abstract
Some fungal diseases that affect the coffee crop, such as rust, make it essential to use agricultural pesticides to mitigate the damage that these organisms cause to plants. The present study evaluated the application of some foliar products together with the active ingredient epoxiconazole present in the fungicide Opera at a recommended commercial dose, in order to seek answers about which product can reduce the damage caused by the toxicity of the fungicide. The experiment was carried out on coffee plants received, of the rubi variety, at the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais - Campus Bambu. Randomized blocks were established in a total of 4, with 6 treatments, 10 plants per plot, with a useful evaluation of the 8 plants centrals in order to reduce the contamination during the application of the products. The first (T1) with Opera fungicide only, (T2) with Opera fungicide plus algae extract (Fertiactyl), (T3) Opera fungicide plus Stimulate, (T4) Opera fungicide plus Physio Crop, (T5) Opera fungicide plus a source of sucrose, we used sugar, and in the sixth treatment (T6) the control with water only. In all treatments we added a source of boron (boric acid), in order to control similar effects on the boron deficiency leaf, which that are similar to epoxiconazole intoxication .
