Abstract

This educational product, consisting of an Interactive Digital Panel and a Teacher's Guide, was developed from research conducted within the Professional Master's Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT) at the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG), Ouro Branco Campus, under the research line Organization and Memory of Pedagogical Spaces in Professional and Technological Education. It forms part of the pedagogical proposal derived from the dissertation and represents an educational resource developed from the research findings.The Teacher's Guide was designed to support the creation, organization, and implementation of an Interactive Digital Panel aimed at fostering reflection and the exchange of experiences among Physical Education teachers working in Integrated Secondary Education within Professional and Technological Education. The panel was developed based on the empirical findings of the study, which revealed the lack of institutional spaces for systematic dialogue among teachers, the dependence on individual initiatives to promote curriculum integration, and the need to share teaching practices related to education for the world of work. Therefore, the guide does not propose a prescriptive model; instead, it offers a flexible framework that can be adapted to different institutional contexts. The Interactive Digital Panel and Teacher's Guide: Dialogue Among Teachers on Physical Education and the World of Work was conceived as an online collaborative environment for communication, reflection, and the sharing of teaching experiences. Its design resembles a collaborative digital board, providing an open, user-friendly, and dynamic space that combines accessibility with organized and systematic content. Although the term "Interactive Digital Panel" is adopted throughout this work, its characteristics also allow it to be understood as a collaborative digital board. The use of a less formal communication style is intended to make interaction more accessible and welcoming while preserving the academic rigor and educational purpose of the resource. One of the main advantages of this format is its accessibility. The panel can be accessed through computers, tablets, and smartphones, enabling teachers to participate in different moments of their professional routine, such as breaks, pedagogical meetings, and collaborative planning sessions. This flexibility strengthens communication among teachers and reinforces the idea of a permanent space for dialogue, collaboration, and collective knowledge construction. The main objective of the panel is to serve as a collaborative professional development environment that promotes dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and collective reflection on Physical Education in Integrated Secondary Education and its relationship with the world of work. Its initial target audience comprises the Physical Education teachers who participated in the research and work at IFMG campuses in the Inconfidentes Region of Minas Gerais, including Congonhas, Ouro Branco, Conselheiro Lafaiete, Itabirito, Ponte Nova, and Ouro Preto. Rather than functioning merely as a repository of educational resources, the panel serves as a pedagogical mediation tool designed to promote the sharing of teaching experiences, encourage critical reflection on the integrated curriculum and the world of work, recognize and value teaching practices, support collaborative and context-based continuing professional development, and strengthen the role of Physical Education within Professional and Technological Education.
