Abstract
The objective of this study was to identify which factors are evaluated by the consumer in the decision to evaluate food and what is their behavior in relation to sustainability and environmental impacts of food, given the consideration of consumption and practices. For this, this study is applied to an online nutritional aspect, with questions about valuing the sensory aspect, valuing the aspect, choosing the processing level, choosing products that are not wasted food, choosing products that are not wasted. of food production valorization involving, high consumption of products whose environmental impact.
