Abstract
This study analyzed an Environmental Education intervention integrated with Physical Education with students from IFMG – Bambuí campus. Through action research in three sessions, theory and practice on climate change, microplastics, and tree planting were connected. Activities included orienteering races to collect seeds and waste, as well as the collective planting of a 'mini forest.' The results showed high engagement, cooperation, and an increased awareness of the school environment and the natural environment. It is concluded that the combination of physical activities and socio-environmental themes promotes meaningful learning and a sense of responsibility, strengthening the development of critical and conscious individuals in the face of contemporary environmental challenges.
