Abstract
Budgeting is relevant for constructions of any size. Some budgetary sources, either public or private, are available on the market, such as the Sistema Nacional de Pesquisa de Custos e Índices da Construção Civil (SINAPI). This work aims to compare the average prices of materials and equipment used as an for the machined concrete in relation to the conventional model, based on the design of the housing standard of Cohab model MG-90-I-2-41 housing standard, used for the housing complex Novo Horizonte II, in Piumhi-MG. We sought to verify the dispersion between the average prices of local concrete materials and equipment applied in relation to that shown in SINAPI, labor effort was not included in this research. After surveying the number of crushed stone No. 1, medium sand, Portland cement CPII-32, the number of hours spent on concrete mixer 400 liters and machined concrete of 25 MPa, slump = 100 +/- 20 mm, was possible to budget these materials and equipment in local stores in the cities of Capitólio, Piumhi, Pimenta cities and SINAPI. The budgets were taken from April 14 to April 30, 2020. After getting three budgets, at least, from each city, data analysis by the comparison of prices obtained with those shown in SINAPI (reference base February 2020 - Not released), available the Caixa Econômica Federal website. In general, the budgeted items have a lower cost in the city of Pimenta compared to the cities of Piumhi, Capitólio and SINAPI. The only item that had a higher hourly cost in Pimenta in comparison to other local cities and to SINAPI was the 400 liters concrete mixer. The cost of machined concrete was more expensive in companies in the Piumhi’s region than on SINAPI nearly 15.26%. In most items, the city of Capitólio presented higher costs when compared to SINAPI and other cities surveyed. It is noted that the average prices of the 50 kg bag of Portland cement CPII-32 and the cubic meter of machined concrete of 25 MPa, without pumping and without freight are different from those shown in SINAPI. In relation to the average prices of the cubic meter of sand, the cubic meter of crushed stone No. 1 and the hourly costs of the concrete mixer, it can be concluded that the average price of SINAPI is equal to the average price of the surveyed sample.
