Abstract
This study focuses on the development of a web application called PSYTECH, designed for managing patients of educational psychologists, aiming to improve appointment administration and information management. The interface was designed to be intuitive, offering specific functionalities to facilitate daily tasks performed by educational psychologists at the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais - São João Evangelista Campus. Key features include patient registration, storage, management, and visualization of reports with charts, a waiting list for appointments, document printing and export, and a shortcut for clock-in, making the work routine more efficient. In the current context, the lack of specialized tools for information management in educational psychology presents challenges in organizing data and appointments. This study aims to provide a technological solution that integrates these functionalities, promoting greater agility, accessibility, and efficiency in the daily activities of educational psychologists. The adopted methodology follows software engineering principles, using the Kanban model for management and the MVC (Model-View-Controller) structure, along with technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, and libraries like Chart.js, Hydrahon, and PhpWord, integrated into a relational SQL database. The results confirmed that the developed tool effectively centralizes and organizes information, significantly reduces the time spent on manual tasks, and facilitates data analysis through reports and charts, positively impacting psychopedagogical services.
