Abstract
The present work aims to approach a case study regarding ergonomic assessments at the workplace, with the aim of measuring relative air humidity, noise, temperature, ambient air speed and illuminance, in order to observe whether the locations of jobs at the company Apícola, located in the municipality of Bambuí/MG, are in compliance or non-compliance, taking into account specific methodological parameters, in accordance with NHO 11, NR 17 and NR 15. For this, qualitative and quantitative analyzes of exploratory character, using research strategies such as bibliographic review, document analysis, case study and survey. According to the analyzes carried out, it was possible to verify that the sectors of the company that were in compliance with the established parameters were the pantry, the laundry, the manipulation/honey room, the manipulation/extract room and the liquid filling. In other locations, non-conformities were found in relation to environmental factors, according to the values stipulated in the standards. Therefore, it was necessary to implement control measures in this project to prevent ergonomic risks present in the company's environments and activities.
