Abstract
The present work addresses the theme of planning and management of water waste, presenting stages of effluent treatment, technical norms, guidelines and physical-chemical tests that are carried out before, during and after the treatment process of the oily effluent. The pH, temperature, turbidity and dissolved oxygen tests are carried out daily at Valor da Logística Integrada (VLI), at the locomotive maintenance workshop in Divinópolis – MG. The objective of the work is to develop a technical product for analysis with Arduino and sensors, performing pH and temperature tests, in order to obtain quality and agility in the reading of daily tests in the treatment of oily effluent. In the development of the project, comparative tests were carried out, using a bench pH meter and pH and temperature sensors developed through the Arduino platform, obtaining an approximate accuracy of 99% in comparison with the equipment used in the laboratory of VLI and UEMG in Divinópolis.
