A escolha de um roteiro orientativo estratégico a partir das investigações dos dados constantes nesta pesquisa sobre os aspectos gerenciais, educacionais e sociais, trouxe a formulação do produto educacional que compõe esta dissertação. Desse modo, procurou-se na criação deste roteiro levantar de forma sucinta os resultados obtidos em referência a pesquisa bibliográfica estudada, bem como através da avaliação qualitativa de artigos Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), em forma de um material de orientação e consulta sobre boas práticas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento de atividades educacionais e à coordenação destes ambientes de inovação.
dc.description.abstractThis research was guided by the use of Innovation Environments in Professional and Technological Education in Federal Institutes with the proposal of Disruptive Teaching Methodologies as well as their contribution, challenges and expectations for the development of the student in a integral, human, omnilateral and complete education model. In order to delve deeper into this theme, the object of study was defined as the implementation of a disruptive methodology model created and developed by the Federal Institute: the IFMAKER, a laboratory for the creation of prototypes, conventional or digital, with a proposal for didactic enrichment for the students’ education. In these environments, theories such as “learning by doing” (learning in practice) are applied. Thus, through a diagnostic bibliographical research, this study aims to learn about the applicability of this methodology in question, which is already underway in some campuses, as well as the structuring of the implementation for teachers in the content provided by the project. The aim is also to analyze the results and their contributions to those involved in this project, especially with regard to preparing the individual in their skills and abilities for insertion into the world of work. In this sense, a systematic review of the literature was carried out in which a series of articles were collected from the database of Journals of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) on the subject. These studies were evaluated qualitatively with the objective of identifying good practices related to the development of educational activities and the coordination of these innovation environments. Thus, by studying an innovative model in operation, it is possible to propose possible improvements from this analysis, if necessary, and also promote an opening for research for future projects that can be deepened through the knowledge acquired in this research. In this sense, based on the qualitative data found in the review, a guide was produced containing guidelines and good practices for coordinating IFMAKER environments with the aim of assisting in educational, managerial and social aspects in the context of Innovation Environments.
