Abstract
"What Did I Say? And How Was It?" is a self-assessment tool designed for educators in Professional and Technological Education (PTE), developed based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg. This instrument aims to encourage reflection on teachers' communication practices, helping identify speech patterns that may positively or negatively influence interpersonal relationships with students. The tool provides a practical and accessible questionnaire that enables teachers to analyze how their communication impacts the school environment, promoting a more empathetic and dialogical approach. It was developed within the research context of "Didactics and Interpersonal Relationships: Dialogue for Nonviolent Communication between Teachers and Students in the Context of PTE." The central goal of this instrument is to foster self-awareness, enhance communication between teachers and students, and contribute to a more welcoming and transformative educational environment.
