Abstract
The Risk Map is represented by a layout of a company's workspace, each location is filled with circles that have different sizes (small, medium and large) and colors (red, green, yellow, blue and brown) according to the risk class. The map must be posted to the company in a place visible to all workers. The mapping is carried out through a set of techniques and procedures with the objective quantify and qualify the damage present in the area. Such evaluations provide support to the prevention and control of existing risks in companies. There for, the study aimed to evaluate the agricultural and zootechnical environments of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Minas Gerais - Bambuí Câmpus, questioning of the environmental risks to which workers in each sector are exposed, the graphic representation of the risks present in the analyzed locations was then performed. Through this research it was possible to investigate how the work in question acts in the process of damage to the employee's health. With the help of risk assessment, rapid and participatory diagnosis was performed with workers, prioritizing the identification of risks. The risks were compared to each other, with the chemicals and mechanics being the most found and the biological ones the least found, all risks by minors who need to be avoided and controlled. By drawing up the risk map it is possible for workers to know the nature of the risks to which they are exposed and can be stimulated for a constant improvement of the work environment.
