Abstract
Currently, the availability of electricity to consumers has been essential for the development of Brazil and the world, taking into account the economy and society. However, in order to have electrical energy available for consumption, it is necessary for many professionals to work until the energy reaches residential and industrial points, and these professionals, when performing the necessary service, face great risks when dealing with high voltages dot, as a result, the regulatory standards were created, with the aim of increasing safety in these types of work. The regulatory standard 10 (NR-10) establishes the requirements and safety conditions for workers involved in services in general and knowledge of the standard is required within every company operating in the area. Thus, the present work aims to carry out a training application of the NR-10 for medium and high voltages (EPS), this training will be targeted at workers who exercise professions that deal with electricity in the minimum stipulated voltage range. medium and high. Thus, to give theoretical basis to those actors in the electric sector who work daily in actions aimed at the generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy, which are constantly subject to the possibility of very serious accidents. During the completion of the training menu, the most relevant topics of the standard were considered to be addressed during classes. With a total of 10 classes of 40 hours.
