Comparativo de custo direto dos materiais utilizados nos serviços de alvenaria, chapisco e emboço

This study aims to compare the direct cost of determined input present in the civil construction and used in the execution of masonry, roughcast, plastering, single mass with numerical values shown by the referential SETOP and SINAPI (November/2022). The work resulted in a spreadsheet in which it is possible to obtain the quantity of inputs used in the analyzed services. This spreadsheet can be used by anyone in the construction of their enterprise, with the aim of generating estimated values for the execution of the services analyzed. It was done an analysis of the direct cost between both and demonstrated the difference between the two numerical values. The methodology used in the research has the basic nature, because it does not predict practical application during its development. The object of this work is classified as field research and has the objective to develop the budget in the municipality of Piumhi through the prize data collection from the local business of, at least, three establishments. Since it was a small sample, there was not a test of statistics hypothesis, despite of the high divergence of the numerical values, the referential SINAPI and SETOP still can be used as a basis for the composition of cost. Such compositions are based on technical coefficients of consume taken from specialized publications or produced by the company according to their experience. We conclude it is the competent and qualified professional´s task to estimate the costs assuming or not the numerical values pre-established by the referential mentioned.
