Análise da eficiência do uso de leite fermentado como fungicida curativo contra o oídio na cultura do tomate.

Resumo

The work was carried out to analyze the efficiency of Lactobacillus casei at different concentrations for the control of the pathogenic agent Oidium neolycopersici, responsible for causing powdery mildew in Solanum lycopersicum L. A randomized block experimental design was used with five treatments, which are: T5 water and the others T1, T2, T3, T4 with the respective bacterial doses 2.7x107 UFC/L; 7.8x107 UFC/L; 1.3x108 UFC/L and 1.8x108 UFC/L. In the fourth week of the study, 50 leaves of each type of treatment were collected and, in the laboratory, the leaves were compared with the diagrammatic scale of tomato leaf diseases according to the percentage of leaf area attacked. Biofungicides with doses of 1.3x108 UFC/L and 1.8x108 UFC/L were able to control the fungus O. neolycopersici and promote a curative effect.
