Desenvolvimento de aplicativo low-code "IF Talentos", utilizando Power Apps: como facilitar o contato entre alunos e professores para solicitações de ajuda e network.

This work presents the development of the "IF Talentos" application, an innovative solution created to optimize communication and networking between students and teachers at the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG) - Betim Campus. The initiative stems from the perception that a lack of interaction and difficulty in identifying specific talents and interests of students can limit access to academic and professional opportunities, such as internships, guidance, and projects. "IF Talentos" was conceived as a low-code tool, developed on the Microsoft Power Apps platform, with the main objective of creating more collaboration opportunities. Its specific objectives include the development of a database search application, the definition of methodologies and functional and design requirements, and allowing users to navigate and edit profiles. The justification for the project lies in the need to strengthen interpersonal relationships, encourage the construction of a mutual support network, and provide a talent bank accessible to teachers, facilitating the referral of students to extracurricular activities and vacancies. The methodology employed in the development of the application involved the use of tools and concepts such as data management, interface design (UI), flowcharts, and user stories, ensuring a structured approach focused on user needs. The project aims, ultimately, to overcome communication barriers and promote a more connected academic environment conducive to the comprehensive development of students.
