Estudo para melhoria de um processo de fluxo de ordens de serviço de manutenção

This study presents a proposal for improving the workflow control process of maintenance work orders in an industrial company. Based on the identification of flaws in the current system, a solution was developed using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including a central ized database and an interactive dashboard. The tools created allow for the registration, organization, and dynamic visualization of data, with features such as filters, charts, and interactive buttons. Although the proposed system was not implemented, the study demonstrates that it is possible to improve the traceability and efficiency of the process using simple and accessible tools. This work serves as a theoretical and technical reference for future applications in maintenance management.
