Desenvolvimento de produto técnico: Chatbot Aurora, uma assistente virtual para interação humanizada no Blog Diário da Mãe em Construção

This work presents the development and implementation of the Aurora chatbot, a virtual assistant designed for the blog Diário da Mãe em Construção. The primary goal of Aurora is to facilitate access to thematic letters published on the blog, enabling a closer interaction between mothers and the platform through the WhatsApp messaging app. By doing so, the project aims to strengthen the existing support network and foster the exchange of experiences within the blog's community. The system was developed using the Python programming language, with automation via Selenium and integration with Artificial Intelligence APIs such as GPT and Gemini. It was designed to interact with users in a humanized manner, addressing their specific needs effectively. Additionally, an administrative panel was created to allow quick and intuitive configuration of the chatbot. At the end of the work, a tutorial with simplified steps is provided to guide the implementation of Aurora, ensuring its adaptability and ease of use in similar contexts. This project seeks to enhance user experience while expanding the reach and impact of the blog's support system.
