PROPOSTA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM SISTEMA DE ACHADOS E PERDIDOS PARA ATENDIMENTO DAS DEMANDAS DO IFMG-SJE

This paper presents the development of a web system that manages lost and found items on the IFMG-SJE campus. In this sense, the application helps to control and publicize lost and found items within the institute. The system has a search tool to facilitate the identification (location) of objects already registered in the database. Several technologies were used to develop the application, such as PHP, CSS, HTML and JavaScript. More specifically, the lost and found system will allow the tracking of lost objects, including an option to attach images and relevant information. Another important functionality provided by the system is the control of deliveries, where the data of the student who recovered the item is stored for later verification. In addition, the system provides an information area that lists the improvements added to each version of the application. It is expected that after the installation of the lost and found system on the IFMG-SJE campus, the process of recovering lost objects will be carried out more transparently and quickly, since when registering an object on the platform all students at the institution will have visibility.
