Inteligência artificial: uma revisão sistemática de literatura

| dc.description | 6 RESUMO A Inteligência Artificial (IA) vem ganhando cada vez mais espaço no mundo moderno, o que tem intensificado as pesquisas relacionadas a esta área de pesquisa no meio científico. Assim, este estudo busca compreender como a IA vem sendo abordada pela literatura, com a realização de uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre a IA, especificamente em artigos científicos publicados na plataforma de dados Scielo. Dessa forma, efetuou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica em que a revisão sistemática de literatura foi aplicada como método. O trabalho também se caracteriza como pesquisa descritiva e estudo exploratório. A coleta de dados, ocorrida entre 15 de maio e 16 de julho de 2024, foi realizada por meio de um protocolo de pesquisa previamente elaborado que, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão estabelecidos, resultou na seleção de 66 artigos para análise. Os resultados revelaram um aumento significativo das publicações nos últimos anos, sendo a maioria feita em periódicos de classificação Qualis Capes A1. Foram ordenadas as obras mais referenciadas pelos autores dos artigos analisados, resultando na obra Computing Machinery and Intelligence, de Alan Turing, como a mais referenciada. A análise da metodologia dos artigos resultou no artigo teórico como sendo o método de pesquisa mais usado, evidenciando a preferência na escolha de objetos/campos de estudos baseados em dados secundários, sendo o ChatGPT o mais recorrente. Foram criadas oito categorias de análises: Saúde e Bioética (19 artigos); Educação (13 artigos); Direito, Legislação e Ética (12 artigos); Análise Crítica à IA (oito artigos); Gestão Empresarial e Mercados (seis artigos); Comunicação (três artigos); Agrárias (três artigos); Ciências da Computação (dois artigos). Por fim, pode-se concluir que as publicações sobre IA na plataforma Scielo demonstram um crescente interesse da literatura sobre o tema. O meio acadêmico e profissional está se dedicando em entender essa tecnologia e buscando aprimorá-la para aplicação em diversas situações, devido ao seu potencial de facilitar e tornar ágil a execução das mais complexas tarefas, sendo a maioria das publicações sobre a IA, no Scielo, até o período analisado neste estudo, relacionadas ao campo da saúde. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been gaining more and more space in the modern world, which has intensified research related to this area in the scientific community. Thus, this study seeks to understand how AI has been approached by the literature, with the objective of carrying out a systematic review of the literature on AI, specifically in scientific articles published on the Scielo data platform. Thus, bibliographic research was carried out, where the systematic literature review was applied as a method. The work is also characterized as descriptive research and exploratory study. Data collection, which took place between May 15 and July 16, 2024, was carried out through a previously prepared research protocol that, after applying the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulted in the selection of 66 articles for analysis. The results reveal a significant increase in publications in recent years, the majority of which were published in journals classified as Qualis Capes A1. The works most referenced by the authors of the articles analyzed were ordered, resulting in the work Computing Machinery and Intelligence by Alan Turing as the most referenced. The analysis of the articles' methodology resulted in the theoretical article being the most used research method and highlights the preference in choosing objects/fields of study based on secondary data, with ChatGPT being the most recurrent. Eight categories of analysis were created: Health and Bioethics (19 articles); Education (13 articles); Law, Legislation and Ethics (12 articles); Critical Analysis of AI (eight articles); Business Management and Markets (six articles); Communication (three articles); Agrarian Sciences (three articles); Computer Science (two articles). Finally, it can be concluded that publications on AI in the Scielo platform demonstrate a growing interest in the literature on the subject. The academic and professional environment is dedicated to understanding this technology and seeking to improve it for application in various situations, due to its potential to facilitate and speed up the execution of the most complex tasks, with most publications on AI in Scielo, up to the period analyzed in this study, being related to the field of health. | |
