Análise comparativa de custos entre laje maciça e laje pré-fabricada com poliestireno para fins de avaliação em em edificação de interesse social

The costs of a construction project are a crucial point to be studied before, during and at its completion. These may vary depending on several factors, such as size, complexity or type of structures used. It is necessary to carry out a detailed budget, contributing to more efficient planning. When it comes mainly to the costs of the building structure, these imply a large part of these investments. Therefore, this work will address the costs of formulating a slab for a social building highlighted in the evaluation of an apartment in the Brazilian government program “Minha Casa Minha Vida”. This is a comparative analysis between the solid slab, more conventional and still widely used in the area of civil construction, and the prefabricated slab with polystyrene, with the new prefabricated technology and with the intention of reducing loads in the structure. The same was carried out through the formation and study of comparative cost spreadsheets based on SINAPI's analytical cost compositions, thus bringing differentiations in the main budgetary points between the two structures through graphs and comparative tables of the results found. At the end of the analysis, the total price was compared between the solid slab and the prefabricated slab with polystyrene, in addition to the price distinction between specific points such as the slab frame. It was noticed that for the base project used and with the comparisons of the points made, the solid slab still becomes more viable, which can change for a large-scale project, such as an entire building. It then seeks to contribute to the formulation of a new consultation basis for those responsible for mass construction of housing of such utmost importance for the Brazilian population, bringing a possible application of a cheaper structure among the proposals.
