Desenvolvimento de uma aplicação web para auxílio no acompanhamento semanal de tarefas de limpeza baseado na metodologia 5s em uma indústria de autopeças: um estudo de caso

This work proposes the development of a web application for the management of cleaning schedules in corporate environments, aiming to improve communicative efficiency among cleaning teams, shift leaders, and production analysts. Through the use of web development methods, forms were created for the insertion and editing of tasks, as well as resources for visualization and data export in Excel format. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the management of cleaning schedules, with the application allowing for more agile and effective communication between teams and a more efficient adaptation to constantly changing demands. The 5S audits indicated an increase in evaluation scores, highlighting the effectiveness of the adopted approach. It isconcluded that the implementation of the system provided greater flexibility in the management of cleaning tasks, improving productivity and user satisfaction.
