Oneflow: desenvolvimento de um sistema web para gestão da empresa júnior onebit

This work deals with the development of a customized management system for the Junior Company OneBit, with the aim of centralizing information and optimizing internal processes, such as managing members, clients, projects, meetings, and links to important documents. To achieve this goal, an analysis of the company's specific needs was conducted, identifying the main challenges faced in management. The need for a solution that would automate and organize information was observed, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks and increasing process efficiency. The methodology used was applied and qualitative in nature, focusing on solving practical problems and obtaining direct feedback from the company’s members during the testing process. The results showed that the system has an intuitive interface, is easy to use, and meets the company’s demands, facilitating information management and activity tracking. The feedback also indicated that the system has the potential to become an essential tool for the organization and growth of the company. Finally, it is concluded that all stages of the project were carried out satisfactorily, and the developed system represents a practical and efficient solution to the challenges faced by the Junior Company OneBit, with prospects for future improvements and expansions.
